Limitation of Liability

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payments are not completed
• Misuse or unlawful activity is detected

Refund Policy

Project-Based Services

• Due to the custom nature of our work, payments made for completed work are non-refundable
• If a project is canceled, work completed up to that point will be billed, or any unused portion may be refunded at our discretion

Subscription Services

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle
• No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once it has started

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

• Services were not delivered as agreed
• There is a verified issue on our side
